Mamie invited us to her home October 10, 2008 for a special Greek dinner. The next day her niece Ashley was getting married. She is the daughter of Mamie's brother David Robershaw pictured above with Mamie! Click here for wedding pictures!!

Myself, Mamie and David!! After the wedding, we were off the next day for Houston. We caught a plane the next morning headed for Branson, MO. Don's wife Sharon had to stay home and work!! Boo Whoo!!

The first show we went to see was " The Roy Rodgers Show" featuring "Dusty" Rodgers. When Marlene was growing up in CA. The Son's of the Pioneers would come to the rodeo's to help local Churches raise money. But no Roy Rodgers!!

Dusty above, real name is Roy Rodgers Jr. and his group did a great job of singing all the tunes, that made his Dad and the Son's of the Pioneers famous!
