| We went to church on 8/18/02 with bro. Don & Sharon,
then they took us to lunch at the local country club, where Marlene
pigged out on all the Fresh Veggies!! Then we took off east toward MS. It
was abt dark when we got to Hattisburg. We called our cousin Lura Mae and
she came to the rescue and met us @ the main road in the little community
of Oloh, MS otherwise we might have never gotten out of the woods so to
speak!! Anyhow we stayed up till midnight looking at pictures and reminicing.
Her husband Bobby was still taking in shipments of rabbits for the next
week as he has the largest processing plant in MS. He is known as the Rabbit
man!! This picture above was taken the next morning on front porch of house
they have built. It is next door to house Bobby was born in!! |

Our fifth stop was in Columbus, Ga to visit my sister-law
Juanita and her
family [bro. Jack deceased]. We arrived and found a note that they had gone
to the funeral of Roger Hobbs, former husband of Donna, her oldest daughter.
So Marlene and I caught up on our shopping at Wal-mart for a couple of hrs.
until they returned. We had a nice visit for a while till it was obvious
they were worn out!! So we left there and went to my cousin Sara's in Lafayette,Al.
on the Love side of the family for stop #6. Pictured L.to R. Juanita, daughter
