Reunion Potpourri 2005

One of the great things about our Reunion is the sharing of photos, documents etc. that have been considered lost or nonexistent. In 2001cousin Lura Mae shared with us pictures of William Wesley & George Washington Robershaw. I had never seen a picture of my grandfather prior to that! In 2003 Cousin Joann Matthew's shared a marriage certificate  of Riley Bass and Sara Rouse Robershaw, mother of Sara Alis, William Wesley, & George W. Robershaw! This year, cousin Bobby Wayne Robershaw shared a beautiful picture of Flossie Brown and son Harold Lloyd. Flossie was the 1st wife of  Lester Robershaw. Also David Robershaw shared some beautiful pictures of his Dad, Harold and his Mom Rose Mary when they were younger! Betty Galbreath Adkisson shared a photo of John Rufus Galbreath with her cousin Alice Galbreath Swelling. It was a picture of her grandfather whom she had never seen before! It’s the JOY of things like this, that makes it all worth while!

My wife Marlene on left, me , Reginald, LeMerle, Donald, Reginald, and the youngest LeVerle! All descendants of O B & Lois Love Robershaw. When I look at Reginald, I see what I will be like in about 10 years, if I live that long!!
