Lois Estelle Love Page Three

This is Mom and Dad at their 60th wedding reception, hosted by my home Church, Lemon Grove Baptist which Marlene and I attended for about 20 years. Sis LeMerle taking a photo with a large part of the Family in background. Unfortunately Mom was not feeling well that day, but did the best she could! It was a fun day for the rest of us, having all our children together, as we recalled special events with Mom and Dad. Then we sang several hymns, especially for Mom, this was a favorite part of the Church services she enjoyed!!

Above Mom, is relaxing at our first home in Ramona, as you can see it must have been cold, we had a fire going. Mom loved to sit and relax, watching the fire! I think she was in her late seventies here.

This is Mom in August 1959, visiting son Jack’s wife Juanita Lecroy, daughter Donna, and son Jack Robershaw Jr.

Below, Mom and Dad are visiting sister LeVerle and her Family, Dad is holding G.daughter Robin, about nine month’s old.

Below is the Tombstone my Dad hand cut for son Olin, that only lived a little over a month! He died with pneumonia on Christmas day! They didn’t have penicillin then.

Pictured above is Mom’s obituary, from the San Diego Tribune and the hand out at her funeral service. I have a Catholic friend  from work tell me it was the nicest Memorial Service he had ever been too. The Bible is true “His Grace is sufficient for all our needs” as he met the needs of our Family That Day!!
