Where it all started for Don and Sharon in 1968. This is Mt. Helix in La Mesa, CA where Don proposed to Sharon. The view to the east overlooks El Cajon, CA and the view to the west is toward La Mesa and San Diego!!

These four pictures was taken at the pier in Imperial Beach, CA. Imperial Beach is near the Mexican border just south of San Diego. Even though there are people in the water. It is not for the faint of heart, the water temprature is about 56 degrees and sometimes in July might get up to 70!!

On the first day of his arrival, we all got together for lunch, to celebrate Don's BIG 70!! On the left is Don's son Olin Robershaw. Olin lives in Eureka, CA but came to visit Don and his Mom, Sharon Brooks, Don's 1st wife, whom he had not seen in 25 years!!

Olin and Dons wife Sharon Taylor Robershaw. We all went to Shadow Mt Community Church on Sunday.

This photo was taken after lunch. We all went out to El Camino Memorial Park, where Mom, Dad and sister Le Merle are buried! Joining us are Olin's wife Wendy in front and my wife Marlene on the right!! We shared memories of our family and Olin led us in a time of prayer!!

This is Sharon and our daughter Valerie Currier. We met at the Bing Crosby resturant in Fashion Valley shopping center for lunch. The picture with Don below was outside!! We had to let Sharon get a little shopping in, while she was here!!!

Olin's Mom Sharon Brooks came to the motel to visit him. His Dad, Don had the adjoining room. Olin and his Mom both are in bad health. Don thought it was important to heal their relationship. Olin and his Mom both seemed to enjoy a week of getting together!
