Psalm 119; 105  Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path!

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. Two things in our lives this year, brings again meaning to this Season of the year when we celebrate the birth of Jesus. First it was the birth of our grand daughters Olivia Hope and Chloe Faith into our family. There is something about a newborn baby, that inspires and appreciation of life. The second was the cancer that has stricken our son-in-law. On a recent visit to his bedside, his faith and will to live was indeed inspiring. As the songwriter said, " Because He lives I can face tomorrow" and so, as with Richard may our Faith, Hope, and Love abound in the year ahead. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
